The construction of the walls is concrete block left natural and that are core filled with insulation. The roof structure is wood framed over which is an insulated structure and then an ventilating air space under the metal rain shedding roofing.

The interior has significant daylighting from the central six foot diameter domed sky light plus there is a ribbon of opening windows on all four sides above the block walls as light Steams in from the four glass doors in each diagonals of the four corners.

Ventilation is accomplished with opening vents in the cupola, the opening ribbon glazing and the four doors.
